MEET CHRISTIAN
My name is Christian and I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for almost a decade. During that time I’ve developed a deep understanding of advanced methods for building muscle, injury prevention, and fat loss.
When training with me you can expect a high level of attention to detail as well as consistent commitment to helping you crush your goals. I employ a strategy of resistance training mixed with plyometric movements and high intensity interval training (HIIT). I will create an environment that pushes you to your limits while providing uplifting support every step of the way.
