MEET BROOKE
Hi, My name is Brooke. I love being a trainer and am passionate about helping my clients get better and closer to their goals every day.
My journey in the fitness industry started with my own journey back in 2019. Frustrated with lack of resources and understanding of women’s health, I decided to take things into my own hands and build myself from the ground up. As a 19-year old female, underweight, with hormone imbalances, an eating disorder, and mental health issues, normal life tasks were unmanageable. These last 6 years I changed my body, my mindset, and my life. During that process, I became a coach.
I specialize in holistic health and wellness, strength training, and a different, but healthy approach to weight loss and weight gain for women. I build training programs and nutrition plans in-sync with women’s menstrual cycles. Too many programs built for women are not personalized enough and don’t account for the changes our bodies go through each month.
I specialize in ED recovery with a mindful approach. My style of training is a combination of strength training to feel powerful, mobility movements to feel functional, and low-impact cardiovascular movements to feel heart-strong.
I also work with men! Not just women. My holistic approach to fitness is for everyone.
My goal is to take the stressful environment out of the gym. When you train with me, this is about you, your growth journey, your habits, your mindset, lifelong change, and tangible results. I prioritize helping you make small changes each day. Every program is personalized to challenge you and help you reach your full potential, so you can feel better, look better, and build the best version of yourself, without having to do it alone.
